FSC-88 WB is a water based primer/filler that is used to fill and smooth the surface of Urethane Foam Before painting. It can be sprayed, rolled, or brushed on and does not contain any harmful solvents. FSC-88 WB creates a smooth, similar to plaster, that sands easily.
